What is the difference between soy candles and paraffin candles?
The soot that is emitted by paraffin candles is generally darker than the soot emitted by soy wax candles. Soy wax is considered more environmentally friendly because it is made from a renewable source while paraffin is made from crude oil, which is nonrenewable.
Are soy candles safer than paraffin candles?
Soy is better for your health since it burns cleaner and produces as much as 90% less soot than paraffin, reducing the amount of indoor air pollution produced while burning the candles.
Why buy soy candles over paraffin candles?
1) Soy candles are natural since they're made from vegetable oil (soybeans) when paraffin candles are made from petroleum oil.
2) Soy candles burn 50% longer than regular candles
3) Soy candles burn cleaner than regular paraffin candles
4) Soy candles are non-toxic and have a lower melting point. Soy candles are much healthier for humans, pets & the environment.

How long should I burn a candle for?
It is recommended to burn a candle for no longer than 4 hours. It is also recommended to not leave a candle unattended while burning.
Do I have to maintain the candle wick?
It is recommended to keep the wick at 1/4 inch to prevent smoking and soot build up. The wick should always be trimmed before the next use.
Where can I burn a candle?
It is recommended to burn candles in areas free of any obstructions. Candle should be in an area free of matches, flammable liquids, wick trimmings and other flammable materials. It is also recommended to keep candles in an area free of pets and children to prevent any hazards.
What is your return policy?
Returns are only considered if a product is damaged during shipping. If this does occur, an email should be sent to customerservice@domofgrace.com with your tracking number, invoice #, etc along with a picture(s) of the damaged product. Upon evaluation, a return label will be provided to ship back and a refund will be provided. Returns will not be accepted for a used candle that has been damaged in your possession. Returns must occur within 30 days of shipment or it will not be accepted.
Should I touch a hot candle while or after burning?
The candle jar should never be touched while burning or immediately after burning to avoid injury. Candle jar should sit for 5-10 minutes to cool before touching or moving to another location. It is recommended to discontinue use of a candle after the wax is at a limit of 1/2 inches.
